Can I pay for my appointment at home in cash on the day?
Yes. We will confirm payment terms when you make a booking.
What information do I have to give to book an appointment?
In order for us to book your appointment, we require your full name and address, the address of the appointment if different, an email address and mobile telephone number. All your personal information is protected in accordance with GDPR rules of May 2018.
Will I get a receipt or confirmation of the payment?
Yes. We can provide a receipt for your treatment.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
You may cancel your at home appointment at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel an appointment, simply contact Chloe on 07974 747090 or email at [email protected]. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment may be charged the full rate.
What if I'm running late for my appointment?
Late start of booking/treatment will result in a reduction of treatment time.
In the interests of your safety and comfort we complete a consultation form. Please let us know of any medical issues or general information including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc when you book your appointment as it that may affect the outcome of your treatment. We consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential and treated with absolute discretion.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Yes, we offer a wide range of vouchers that can be tailored to suit the recipient's needs. Contact us to find out more.
Can I book an appointment for a friend as a gift?
Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details, contact number and email address, this is no problem and makes a very popular gift. Alternatively you can purchase a Gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment for themselves. Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase date.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all major areas in Pendle, Ribble Valley and surrounding areas. Get in touch to discuss. We also cover areas local to Worsley in Manchester for mobile massage.
If I am not happy with all or part of experience?
Although we are confident you will love our service, if you are not satisfied with our service for any reason please call us immediately to tell us why.
What happens if my therapist can't make my appointment?
In the event that the therapist is unable to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible.
